The Reserve Bank of India has notified that the aggregate net purchases of equity shares of Mastek Ltd. by Foreign Institutional Investors in the primary/secondary markets together with purchases made by NRIs/OCBs under the Portfolio Investment Scheme have reached the limit of 26 per cent of paid up equity capital. No further purchases of equity shares of this company should be made without prior clearance of the Reserve Bank.
