Investment by Foreign Institutional Investors

The Reserve Bank of India has notified that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) can now purchase equity shares and convertible debentures of M/s. Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd.,(HFCL) up to 40 per cent of its paid up capital instead of the earlier 30 per cent through primary/secondary markets in India as the company has passed resolutions at its Board of Directors' and General Body Meetings.
