Investment by NRIs/OCBs/PIOs in shares of Indian Companies

The Reserve Bank of India on June 27, 2001 has notified that Nexus Software Ltd. has reached the limit of 8% of its paid-up equity capital. No further purchases of shares of Nexus Software Ltd. should, therefore, be made in the secondary market on behalf of non-resident Indians (NRIs)/overseas corporate bodies (OCBs) and persons of Indian Origin (PIOs).
