Investment by NRIs/OCBs/PIOs in Indian Companies

The Reserve Bank of India on August 1, 2001 has notified that no further purchases of shares of M/s. DSQ Biotech Ltd., should be made on behalf of NRIs/OCBs/PIOs in the secondary markets.

The Reserve Bank has stated that M/s. DSQ Biotech Ltd. has reached the overall limit of 10 per cent investment in its paid up equity capital by NRIs/OCBs/PIOs.
