11.98 per cent Government Stock, 2004 and 11.99 per cent Government Stock, 2009 on 'private placement-cum-tap sales' basis
The 11.98 per cent Government Stock, 2004 for an amount of Rs.3,000 crore and 11.99 per cent Government Stock, 2009 for an amount of Rs.2,000 crore were privately placed with the Reserve Bank of India today. Both were put on sale simultaneously through the Reserve Bank of India's open market window. The stock 11.99% 2009 was fully sold out during the day.
