ડિસે 04, 2012RBI and 926 branches of Banks to accept Advance Income TaxAs many as 926 computerised branches of public and private sector banks will receive advance income tax in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. These arrangements have been made for the convenience of the income tax assesses. Of the 926 bank branches 862 branches are public sector bank branches, 35 HDFC bank branches, 10 ICICI bank branches and 19 AXIS bank branches. The Reserve Bank of India has advised income tax assesses to take advantage of these standing arrangements made forAs many as 926 computerised branches of public and private sector banks will receive advance income tax in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. ઑક્ટો 09, 2012ING Vysya Bank Ltd. and ICICI Bank Ltd. - PenalisedThe Reserve Bank of India has imposed monetary penalties of `55 lakh on ING Vysya Bank Ltd. and `30 lakh on ICICI Bank Ltd., in exercise of the powers vested with it under the provisions of Section 47A(1)(b) read with Section 46(4)(i) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. નવે 09, 2011RBI and 926 branches of Banks to accept Advance Income TaxAs many as 926 computerised branches of public and private sector banks will receive advance income tax in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. These arrangements have been made for the convenience of the income tax assesses. Of the 926 bank branches 862 branches are public sector bank branches, 35 HDFC bank branches, 10 ICICI bank branches and 19 AXIS bank branches. ફેબ્રુ 28, 2011Sectoral Deployment of Bank Credit - January 2011The Reserve Bank of India today released data on sectoral deployment of credit for January 2011. Highlights: On a year-on-year (y-o-y) basis, non-food gross bank credit grew by 23.0 per cent in January 2011 as compared with 14.9 per cent in the corresponding period of last year. During the financial year up to January 2011, non-food gross bank credit growth was 14.6 per cent as compared with 8.9 per cent during the corresponding period of previous year. ફેબ્રુ 21, 2011RBI and 926 branches of Banks to accept Advance Income TaxAs many as 926 computerised branches of public and private sector banks will receive advance income tax in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. These arrangements have been made for the convenience of the income tax assesses. Of the 926 bank branches 862 branches are public sector bank branches, 35 HDFC bank branches, 10 ICICI bank branches and 19 AXIS bank branches.
