Investment by Foreign Institutional Investors

The Reserve Bank of India has on June 29, 2001 notified that it would be in order to purchase the shares of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. in the secondary market on behalf of Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs), as the paid up capital of the company has increased and the aggregate Foreign Institutional Investors holding has gone down below 28 per cent.
