Investment by NRIs/OCBs/PIOs in Indian Companies

The Reserve Bank of India on September 27, 2000 has notified that no further purchases of shares of M/s.Tai Industries Ltd., should be made on behalf of NRIs/OCBs/PIOs in the secondary markets.

The Reserve Bank has stated that M/s. Tai Industries Ltd. has reached the overall limit of 10 per cent investment in its paid up equity capital by NRIs/OCBs/PIOs.
