Investment by Foreign Institutional Investors

The Reserve Bank of India on June 7, 1999 has notified that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) can now purchase equity shares and convertible debentures of M/s. Vikas WSP Ltd., upto 30 per cent of their paid up capital through primary and stock exchanges, as the company has passed a resolution at its General Body Meeting to this effect.
