Investment by Foreign Institutional Investors
The Reserve Bank of India on January 5, 2000 has notified that Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) can now purchase equity shares and convertible debentures of M/s. Infotech Enterprises Ltd., up to 30 per cent of their paid up capital through primary and stock exchanges, as the company has passed a resolution at its Board and General Body Meeting to this effect.
